Classic “Wall Mount” split system and Large Multi to VRF / VRV Systems

Using the ‘Inverter technology’ of a Fujitsu wall mounted air conditioner; this resolved the excessive heat and cool problems in this customer’s conservatory. The low energy consumption of this system allowed it to be powered off a simple 10amp switched fused spur and have running costs considerably less than a central heating option. The silent operation of the system made the room a pleasurable place to be at all times.

Primary School IT Classic “Cassette” split system

This primary school decided to expand and incorporate an ‘IT Suite’ for their children. Requiring both heating and cooling for this new area the obvious choice was the Cassette air conditioner in the false ceiling. This provided accurate temperature control for the room and introduced ‘fresh air’ through the unit at the same time. With a local remote ‘child-lock’ controller for staff to adjust, the system proved a big success. Producing a considerable amount of recommended / repeat work for Knight at this and many other schools.

Large / Multi Storey Office

Shop / Retail Store

With the high heat output from customers and display lighting, the air conditioning of the retail store is essential to our customers business. The best way of successfully cooling and heating a store is with high airflow systems (see picture). Using the ‘Inverter technology’ this can be done very efficiently with cassette or ducted style air conditioners. The low energy consumption of these systems allowed them to be eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowance (eca). This makes the systems quite affordable in a business world where budgets are limited.

Cold Stores / Refrigeration

Cold Stores and Refrigeration are a major part of our business and also our customers businesses. The key to this is the produce selling at the highest standards and the importance being on the quality of their cooling equipment. We provide our customers with purpose built turn-key cold stores to suit their needs. Body fridges for funeral parlours, Beer cellar coolers for pubs and night clubs and Walk-in cold stores for restaurants and hotels. We also provide more specialist cooling cabinets to our clients such as Blood banks and drug cabinets.

Chillers/Large multi with VRF, Class room to classic split system

The traditional Water Chiller is still a very popular form of air conditioning, mainly used in larger office blocks (see picture) and factories they are again a very efficient working system. Which can be easily modified to install additional cooling coils or have alteration works done to the system without too much disruption. This said there are smaller chillers used on regular basis for factory and process cooling. The process cooling is mainly used for production lines in the manufacturing and food industry with extremely high success.
